How do I track my order?
You will be intimated by email and sms of your order status and your courier tracking number will be provided once we connect to courier so that you can track your courier status at anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, most debit/credit cards along with UPI payments.


How long does it take me to receive my order?
Please allow 3 business days for order processing. upon which you will get a shipping confirmation before it leaves our warehouse and up to 3 days for shipping.


What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Standard shipping (within 5-7 days) and Express shipping (3-4 days by Air)*
*Subject to local ground situation (Strike/Pandemic, etc.) and poor location access.

How do I return an item?

I returned an item, when will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive vour returned product in good condition (with Tags intact).


How do I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled by us before it is handed over for delivery. Once the same is out for delivery you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed in to the source account if order amount was paid online.
